Qualifications

• Supervise custodial staff and oversee daily operations.
• Prepare and manage work schedules for custodial teams.
• Assist in biweekly payroll processes and reporting.
• Lead staff training and enforce policies and procedures.
• Coordinate event setups and campus cleaning projects.
• Maintain records and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of custodians; inspects areas for standards.
• Prepares and submits work schedules; biweekly payroll.
