The South Dakota Association of Health Care Organizations (SDAHO) is seeking an Education & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of educational programs and events for our members. This full-time role reports to the Vice President of Education and Communication and works closely with the SDAHO team to ensure programs align with SDAHO’s mission and goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating program development, managing timelines and logistics, coordinating with speakers

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of educational programs and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams, speakers, presenters, vendors, and external partners to support successful program execution.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, logistics, and related activities.
• Support the development and coordination of educational content and program materials.
• Work with the Marketing & Communications team to support promotion and member communications.
• Coordinate event logistics, registration, technology, and participant needs.
• Support continuing education activities and related requirements.
• Assist with the collection and reporting of program data, attendance, and participant feedback.
• Help assess member education needs and identify opportunities to enhance educational offerings.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements to processes and the participant experience.
• Provide responsive, professional service to members, speakers, attendees, and partners.
• Assist with post-event activities, follow-up, evaluation, and reporting.
• Support other educational initiatives, events, and organizational priorities as needed.
