Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics, timelines, and communication for events, programs, or partner-facing work.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and stay organized in fast-paced settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, conferences, webinars, workshops, and partnership gatherings.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between event hosts, internal teams, and onsite staff.
• Manage event planning workflows in Asana with deadlines and assignments.
• Coordinate event materials and onsite readiness (print assets, QR codes, booth needs, shipping).
• Support travel logistics and onsite execution for staff at events.
• Lead post-event wrap-up, debriefs, and handoffs to teams.
• Track event data accuracy across systems and ensure proper tagging and uploads.
