Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and administer programs within the division.
• Administer grant/contract initiatives and monitor budgets.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Develop and evaluate strategic objectives and program policies.
• Coordinate with divisions to address regulations and needs.
• Serve on committees for planning and development.
• Develop internal/external contracts and ensure program success.
• Lead ESOL instruction development and staff professional learning.
• Oversee planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of ESOL.
• Provide supervision through class assignments and coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
