Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR, MAP, PREVENT certifications required.
• Strong computer literacy and documentation skills.
• Experience with data collection and ISP-related records.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily shift coverage in program and follow scheduled assignments.
• Protect rights and dignity of individuals; safeguard confidentiality.
• Provide direct employment support and on-the-job training.
• Coordinate social, educational, recreational activities.
• Maintain written communications and incident reports.
• Administer medications as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
