Responsibilities

• Utilize Titlewave tools to assist, demonstrate, support, and train customers, prospects, and Follett Sales Consultant via outbound channels.
• Assist in creating product lists, quotes, and completion of orders.
• Update and verify user information as needed.
• Assist in analyzing customer collections and provide curation suggestions.
• Collaborate with departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
