The role supervises the Academic team, including program directors, faculty, and support staff, and participates in the Campus Leadership Team. Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, advising students, maintaining master schedules, supporting online/hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3 years of experience in educational administration.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• 3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in facilitating the New Student Orientation Program each term.
• Provide counseling to students and address questions or concerns.
• Oversee Program Directors who provide academic advisement/counseling.
• Identify students needing tutoring and refer to instructors or peers.
• Lead the Retention Program and student retention activities.
• Supervise Library/Resource Center and staff.
• Oversee course scheduling and delivery across modalities.
• Hire, train, and evaluate Program Directors and faculty.
• Ensure curriculum, resources, and assessments meet standards.
