Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead our Education dining program in the Greenfield area. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and supervise frontline teams to deliver exceptional service and culinary excellence in high-volume environments.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with 5+ years in foodservice management and experience with P&L or contract-managed services. Travel within a 30-mile radius is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food services management.
• Five+ years of foodservice management experience.
• Experience with high-volume production and catering trends preferred.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
