Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks a Director of Dining Services for our Education location in Greenfield, IN. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, from strategic planning to daily operations, with a focus on service quality and profitability.

The role requires a track record in managing high-volume food service operations, budgeting, and staff development within a healthcare, education, or contract-managed setting. Expect travel within 30 miles of the Greenfield area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in foodservice management.
• Experience with P&L accountability or contract-managed services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of high-volume production and catering trends.

Responsibilities
