Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of student information systems experience and increasing responsibility working with data systems required.
• Knowledge of data systems and best practices, relational database management, and/or web development; PowerSchool SIS preferred.
• Familiarity with student information systems, data reporting, and data integrity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer-focused attitude and service skills.
• Serves as a team player for technical support staff and service functions.
• Communicates effectively with staff at all levels, both orally and in writing.
• Manages application software, infrastructure, and third-party environments; coordinates with other entities for system integration.
• Diagnoses and resolves issues, coordinates fixes, and provides backup coverage as needed.
• Assists in importing state and local assessment data into data warehouse solutions and PowerSchool SIS.
• Creates and maintains system documentation.
• Coordinates work with server, database, and network administrators and Helpdesk.
• Keeps current with developments in software, systems, and user-support practices.
• Plans and coordinates multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Works with confidential data and promotes learning resources.
