Job summary

Harlem Children’s Zone’s Promise Academy seeks a dedicated educator administrator to coordinate curriculum and instruction across grades, align curriculum, plan professional development, and support data-driven instruction.

You will work with administrators and the network to implement initiatives, monitor programs, and contribute to evaluation efforts while ensuring effective instructional resources and family engagement. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ability to plan and oversee a work plan and project with a team.
• Acute attention to detail with strategic thinking and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work autonomously or with senior staff as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the coordination and articulation of network curriculum and instruction across grades.
• Supports alignment between curriculum and instruction across the network.
• Monitors and evaluates processes using project management and instruction data.
• Assists in planning professional development and growth programs for Promise Academy staff.
• Consults with administrators on instructional resources and needs.
• Supports network personnel designated by leadership.
• Supports coordination and innovation of the network’s summer school program.
• Supports Special Education services and state invoicing.
• Works on projects to strengthen curriculum and operational systems.
• Collaborates with Central Office Business Manager on invoices and funding.
• Leverages data analytics to inform instructional strategies and track progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
