Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, organize, analyze, and maintain assessment, program, and student data to support accreditation and program review.
• Maintain assessment records, electronic documentation, and supporting evidence for accreditation and institutional reporting.
• Design and administer surveys and other data collection tools; prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Provide technical assistance to faculty and staff on assessment systems, reporting tools, and data management processes.
• Develop and maintain college, department, and program websites, ensuring content accuracy and university branding.
• Monitor technology resources and collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues and support technology initiatives.
