Job summary

Safer Foundation is seeking a Data Coordinator Specialist to manage student data and support Adult Education activities. The role involves setting up systems, entering data, ensuring compliance, and generating reports to track enrollment and performance.

You will collaborate with education sites, Workforce Development partners, and stakeholders to align data with program goals. The position reports to the Director of Adult Education and requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual who can

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a related field, or 2+ years of large database management experience.
• 1+ years of data entry and network administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft productivity tools and online collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Input student data into designated applications, databases, and systems with high accuracy.
• Develop and provide spreadsheets and reports reflecting program performance.
• Produce bi-weekly and monthly reports on program activity and trends.
• Coordinate with Education Department managers and stakeholders to plan and report on activity.
• Support the Adult Education team with data management during standard hours (8AM–4PM) and occasional after-hours.
