Job summary

YouthTruth’s Data Systems and Analytics team at the Center for Effective Philanthropy seeks an Analyst to build and maintain survey and reporting products. You’ll turn student results into timely, accurate reports for district leaders and principals, partnering with colleagues to ensure quality and clarity for non-technical clients.

You’ll help automate analysis with Python/SQL, explore AI-assisted workflows with human review, and contribute to new features while preserving data privacy and

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent and some work experience.
• Experience with Python and SQL required for survey/reporting processes.
• Strong data analysis, statistics, and interpretation skills.
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage survey administration and monthly report production cycle.
• Build and launch online surveys for clients on tight deadlines.
• Produce data-driven reports in our interactive reporting platform.
• Own QA for surveys and reports, including AI-assisted checks.
• Troubleshoot client issues and support users in interpreting data.
• Develop scripts/tools to automate data analysis and reporting.
• Gather client feedback and translate it into feature improvements.
