The analyst will manipulate datasets, apply statistical methods, and create actionable reports for district leaders, ensuring data integrity and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently analyze and transform complex datasets from multiple sources using SAS, SQL, Python or R to extract insights.
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze distributions, correlations and trends to support decision-making.
• Create and customize reports, summarize metrics and produce visualizations for stakeholders.
• Present findings using data visualizations to aid understanding by department leaders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify additional data needs and ensure data quality across Offices.
