Lifepoint Health is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to lead recruitment for the Conemaugh School of Nursing and Allied Health Programs in Johnstown, PA. The role focuses on engaging students via website, social media, and community events while guiding data management and admissions processes.

The position requires coordinating campus tours, screening applicants, and chairing the Admissions and Recruitment Committee, with emphasis on meeting enrollment benchmarks and supporting student

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and valid PA RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• IT/database skills and regional knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment plans for nursing and allied health programs.
• Leverage recruitment campaigns to meet enrollment benchmarks.
• Serve as the point of contact for the admissions office and prospective students.
• Maintain an online database of inquiries and applications.
• Update the program website with current information and outcomes.

• Participate in college and community events to inform on opportunities.
• Verify applicant data against admission criteria and process applications.
• Proctor TEAS entrance exams when appropriate.
• Conduct interviews for nursing applicants.
• Chair the Admissions and Recruitment Committee.
• Determine transfer credit eligibility and track prerequisite requirements.
• Assist with student transition, including registration, orientation, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Preferred: Recruiting, sales, or marketing experience; IT/database skills; regional knowledge.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current, unencumbered registered nurse license in Pennsylvania.
