About the Role
The Admissions Recruiter will lead recruitment strategies for the Conemaugh School of Nursing and Allied Health Programs, engaging students via website, social media, and community events.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment plans for nursing and allied health programs.
- Leverage recruitment campaigns to meet enrollment benchmarks.
- Serve as the point of contact for the admissions office and prospective students.
- Maintain an online database of inquiries and applications.
- Update the program website with current information and outcomes.
- Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective students and families.
- Participate in college and community events to inform on opportunities.
- Verify applicant data against admission criteria and process applications.
- Proctor TEAS entrance exams when appropriate.
- Conduct interviews for nursing applicants.
- Chair the Admissions and Recruitment Committee.
- Determine transfer credit eligibility and track prerequisite requirements.
- Assist with student transition, including registration, orientation, and background checks.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Preferred: Recruiting, sales, or marketing experience; IT/database skills; regional knowledge.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current, unencumbered registered nurse license in Pennsylvania.
