Invoke Staffing seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee charter school and K-12 projects across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The role requires leading all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and traveling regionally as projects demand.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management, preferably in educational facilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally NC/SC/TN.

Mansioni

• Plan and initiate projects with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate permits and regulatory compliance for projects.
• Procure and manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Lead on-site teams including PMs and subcontractors.
• Maintain client communication with updates and issue resolution.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality and safety throughout project lifecycle.
