Qualifications

• 5 or more years’ project management experience in school construction adhering to OSF guidelines.
• Experience in Design Assist / Design Build is a plus.
• Strong experience with RFIs and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Charter School projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Act as the liaison for the client and ensure staff and vendors are productive.
• Coordinate construction project activities including new starts and facility upgrades.
