Job summary

You will oversee training content, Workday/ERP policy alignment, and a scalable education strategy with oversight from UCO and Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years’ financial operations experience plus training/instructional design responsibilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, decentralized environment.
• Ability to translate complex policies into clear guidance for diverse audiences including auditors.
• Experience designing training for major ERP implementations (Workday, Oracle, SAP).
• Proficient in ERP systems, LMS, and analytics tools to measure training impact.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of a cohesive financial education strategy across campus.
• Lead the Education & Compliance Office and guide project timelines and staff development.
• Develop and manage institution-wide compliance programs and oversight processes.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Treasury, and analytics teams to strengthen controls.
• Create scalable, policy-aligned training materials and assessment frameworks.
