Job summary

Indiana Donor Network is seeking an Education and Competency Coordinator to manage training and competency records for staff. You will coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and self-directed learning, ensure audit-ready documentation, and support onboarding and ongoing professional development.

You will collaborate with Education SMEs and department leaders to schedule, deliver, and track progress, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy across learning systems in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, human resources, education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience delivering training and using a learning management system, competency management system, or process documentation platform strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, assigns and tracks education, including instructor-led, virtual, self-directed, mandatory, and compliance training.
• Prepares training materials, rosters, communications, technology, rooms, and other logistics required for effective learning experiences.
• Supports Education Team, SMEs and department leaders with scheduling, delivery, and follow-up for assigned education programs.
• Supports new employee onboarding by coordinating learning activities and monitoring completion.
• Responds to employee questions about training and resources; escalates issues when needed.
• Maintains learning records and reports within LMS and competency systems; ensures accuracy and confidentiality.
