Job summary

PHI Health, LLC is looking for a Clinical Education Coordinator in Indiana to ensure coordination and delivery of educational programs for clinical personnel. The ideal candidate will have flight experience and strong communication skills.

Job description

Clinical Education Coordinator - Indiana
Responsibilities
  • Ensure coordination and delivery of required educational programs for new hires and existing clinical personnel.
  • Maintain active involvement in program‑wide EMS activities.
  • Perform audits and verify employee educational requirement completion and documentation (some travel required).
  • Provide active involvement in web‑based course evaluation and development.
  • Assist management with interviews and evaluations of potential new hires.
  • Collaborate with Program Medical Director(s) and CQI Committee for case review sessions and ad‑hoc educational presentations as needed.
  • Maintain requirements for active flight status and may periodically serve as primary flight crew member or third‑person observer if applicable.
  • Work closely with program director and operations managers to assist with outreach education when available.
Schedule & Location

Must reside in Indiana and regular travel is required.

Qualifications
  • At least 1, preferably 3 years of flight experience and current licensure (RN, EMT‑P, or RRT).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Current specialty certification preferred (CFRN, FPC, RRT); otherwise must be completed within 24 months of hire.
  • Experience in adult education preferred; experience as training preceptor and certified instructor in ITLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP strongly preferred.
  • Good writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to relate to clinical EMS staff are essential.
  • Computer literate with above‑average software proficiency.
  • Pass pre‑placement drug test and background screen.
  • Position designated safety sensitive for purposes of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
