Northlight Theatre in Evanston is hiring an Education & Community Programs Coordinator to support our Education & Community Engagement programs through leadership, relationship building, and administrative coordination. The role centers on managing program portfolios, leading youth initiatives, and helping guide strategic growth under department and organizational leadership.

This onsite position will be based at 820 Church Street, Evanston, 20 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday, 10am–3pm,

Qualifications

• Passion for arts education and community engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience developing curricula for arts education and working as a teaching artist.

Responsibilities

• Manage program portfolios and coordinate education activities.
• Lead youth initiatives and support strategic growth of programs.
• Teach residencies 1–2 times per semester and coordinate related duties.
