Job summary

Primrose School of Gaithersburg is seeking an Education Coach to develop educators and support the Balanced Learning curriculum across classrooms in Gaithersburg, MD. You will mentor teachers, model best practices, and partner with leadership to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

The role focuses on classroom observations, teacher hiring collaborations, and delivering onboarding experiences for new teachers, while using our digital platform to facilitate curriculum

Responsibilities

• Support teachers of all age groups in classrooms.
• Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers.
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Support the use of our exclusive digital platform to implement the curriculum.
