Primrose School of Denver Central Park is seeking an Education Coach to mentor teachers, support classroom quality, and collaborate with leadership to uphold high standards in curriculum implementation and early childhood education.

You will guide teachers through observations, feedback, and professional development plans, ensuring effective learning experiences and adherence to state regulations and company policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA Credential or Level III credential.
• At least two years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum, instructional strategies, and coaching techniques.
• Comfortable with technology platforms used for lesson planning, communication, and assessment.

Mansioni

• Mentor and coach teachers to ensure fidelity and excellence in Balanced Learning curriculum implementation.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
