Job summary

Primrose School of San Ramon is seeking an Education Coach to support early childhood teachers and strengthen classroom practices. You will mentor educators, observe classrooms, and help implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum using our digital platform.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll collaborate to design onboarding experiences, support staff development, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment for young children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in teacher mentorship and classroom support.
• Ability to recruit and participate in hiring.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom observations to ensure curriculum delivery.
• Support teachers across age groups.
