Primrose of East Mesa is seeking an Education Coach to support and mentor early childhood teachers. You’ll observe classrooms, guide implementation of the Balanced Learning curriculum, and help create a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive.

Qualifications

• In early childhood education, mentorship and coaching experience is valued.
• Ability to observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with early learning curricula and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers of all ages and lead onboarding experiences.
• Participate in teacher hiring and selection.
• Collaborate with leadership to design onboarding programs.
• Conduct classroom observations to ensure curriculum delivery.
• Support the use of Primrose digital platform for curriculum.
