Primrose School of Temple invites you to join as Education Coach, guiding teachers and leading curriculum delivery with our Balanced Learning approach. You will partner with leadership to recruit, onboard, and train staff while upholding the mission to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

You’ll collaborate with the Leadership Team to create a positive culture, support professional growth, and ensure consistent, research-informed instruction across classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.
• Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
• Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
• Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
