Job summary

Primrose School of San Ramon is seeking an Education Coach to support and mentor early childhood teachers, fostering safe, healthy environments and growth opportunities. You will drive development and onboarding, collaborating with leadership to elevate classroom experiences and execute the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education and growth.
• Ability to mentor teachers and provide feedback.
• Experience with classroom observations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support teachers across age groups.
• Participate in teacher selection and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to design engaging onboarding for new teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to ensure delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Support use of our digital platform to implement the curriculum.
