Primrose School of San Ramon is seeking an Education Coach to drive growth and mentorship among early childhood teachers. You will support classroom teachers, guide onboarding experiences, and ensure delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum using our digital platform.

We value leadership experience, a passion for mentorship, and a commitment to creating safe, healthy learning environments for young children.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a classroom or educational setting.
• Experience mentoring or coaching teachers is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers of all age groups and classrooms.
• Participating in selection and hiring of teachers.
• Collaborating with leadership to design onboarding for new teachers.
• Conducting classroom observations to support curriculum delivery.
• Supporting the use of our digital platform to implement the curriculum.
