Job summary

CannonDesign in the United States is seeking a Senior Education Market Leader to partner with client and market leaders, drive strategy and growth, and lead teams across Education projects. You will integrate CannonDesign’s Living-Centered Design approach to deliver innovative solutions and strong project outcomes.

Responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and contributing to marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Education Market.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Client Leadership: Leading, engaging and partnering with our clients on billable project-specific work, fostering strong long term client relationships, driving successful project outcomes and financial success, while creating opportunities for future engagements.
• Top Line Growth: Developing new net signed fee opportunities for our markets, practices, and service lines through the successful implementation of the work with our existing clients.
• Team Leadership: Leading high performance teams and working collaboratively within our SFMO culture to advance and support high-performing teams.
