You will lead high‑level client relationships, oversee project opportunities, and ensure profitable outcomes while advancing the firm’s purpose and brand across Northwest offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Registration/licensure in architecture, interior design or engineering preferred.
• 12+ years of experience with a track record in education market growth and leadership.
• Strong presentations and client leadership skills essential.
• Ability to mentor and recruit diverse, high‑performing teams.
• Able to communicate authentically with stakeholders and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Education market for CannonDesign in Seattle and Portland.
• Develop and execute a market business plan to drive profitability and growth.
