Qualifications

• Any combination of the above.
• Graduate or undergraduate study may substitute for the required experience as noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Teacher Certification office in Juneau, ensuring timely, accurate responses to educators seeking certification.
• Review and evaluate certification applications in line with Alaska statutes and procedures.
• Maintain efficient office operations and support a service‑oriented experience for applicants.
• Collaborate with the Teacher Certification team to improve processes and systems.
