Explore Learning Ltd in Hampton, UK, is seeking a confident, people-first leader to run our education centre. You’ll own service delivery, member growth and centre profitability, coaching a supervisor and a team of tutors while safeguarding every child and ensuring Ofsted compliance.

You’ll use KPIs to drive progress, build a high-performing culture, engage with the local community, manage day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding family experiences from enquiry to progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a centre or large team.
• Experience implementing KPI-driven improvements.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and OFSTED compliance awareness.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.
• Proven ability to grow centre performance and member base.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of centre performance and profitability.
• Coach and develop supervisors and tutors.
• Drive member growth through community engagement and partnerships.
• Ensure safeguarding and OFSTED compliance across operations.
