The Learning Experience #467 is seeking a Preschool Center Director who will lead a dynamic early education team and uphold top health and safety standards. This role demands hands-on leadership, staff development, and compliance with state licensing rules to deliver a high-quality learning environment.

You will guide teachers through our proprietary curriculum, recruit and coach staff, and drive enrollment while ensuring operational excellence and family satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
• Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

• Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
• Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
