Huntington Learning Center in Minnesota is seeking an organized, energetic professional to support students, families, and teachers while helping our learning center run smoothly. This role combines tutoring, family communication, scheduling, and center operations.

You will tutor students one-on-one, conduct evaluations, and help students build academic skills and confidence. You will welcome families, monitor progress, and assist with teacher onboarding and daily support.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least one year of tutoring, teaching, or comparable experience working directly with students.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and similar technology.
• A genuine enjoyment of working with children and helping them succeed.

Mansioni

• Tutor students one-on-one across multiple grade levels and subjects.
• Welcome families and communicate by phone, email, and text.
• Monitor student progress and help ensure a positive learning experience.
• Assist with teacher onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Manage student and teacher schedules, appointments, and calendars.
• Handle administrative tasks, payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
