Qualifications

• A four-year degree, preferably in business, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional leadership experience.

• Confident and assertive communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business and academic activities of learning centers.
• Greet students and parents at arrivals and assist with appointments.
• Conduct initial student evaluations and work with new students.
• Lead teacher meetings and observe teaching staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise part-time teachers.
