Qualifications

• Proven management experience in educational or university settings with a leadership focus.
• Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting to allocate resources and meet organizational goals.
• Expertise in education administration, including curriculum oversight or teaching experience at the university level.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate teams and drive organizational change.
• Knowledge of higher education policies, accreditation processes, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders including staff, students, faculty, and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the childcare center’s educational and operational objectives.
• Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality programs and services.
• Lead, manage, and support childcare staff including faculty, administrative personnel, and student services teams.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with university partners, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote the center’s growth and reputation.
• Monitor program quality through regular assessment, student feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive campus culture that emphasizes leadership development, diversity, inclusion, and student success.
