Learning Care Group is seeking a Center Director to lead a childcare center, promoting growth and a love of learning in a warm, safe environment. You will work with staff to implement our curriculum, ensure licensing compliance, and foster strong connections with families and the community.

The ideal candidate will bring supervisory experience in early childhood education, a relevant degree, and a commitment to child development and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

• Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster a positive partnership with the surrounding community and promote a safe, inspiring environment for children.
