Job summary

NORY in New York is seeking a highly motivated Materials Coordinator to manage end-to-end material logistics for our camps and programs, including kit preparation, inventory tracking, and delivery setup.

You will lead a small material handling team, optimize operations, and collaborate with headquarters to scale processes as the company grows. A hands-on, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Quantitative thinking to plan and analyze supply metrics.
• Scheduling, procurement, and high-volume fulfillment management.
• Hands-on handling of materials including packing and logistics tasks.
• Proven ability to lead small production teams and enforce timelines.
• Analytical approach to resolving process bottlenecks and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management: end-to-end material logistics, kit prep, inventory tracking, campsite delivery setup.
• Program & Operational Planning: oversee enrichment program prep, manage material assembly team, scheduling, supply ordering, and protocols.
• Warehouse & Workspace Management: maintain organized, clean central workspace and optimize inventory flow.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: coordinate with headquarters and on-site leadership for smooth operations.
• Performance Evaluation & Optimization: monitor supply chain performance and document new improvements.
