Job summary

Enlace Chicago in Chicago, IL, seeks an Associate Director of Education to lead Safe Passage initiatives, Parent Mentor, and ECE outreach, aligning programs with the Little Village Quality of Life Plan.

You will supervise staff, build school and community partnerships, oversee grant compliance, data collection, and program evaluation, delivering measurable outcomes with an equity-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• 2+ years supervising full-time staff.
• 1+ year experience with Chicago Public Schools.
• 4+ years experience in the Education space.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Align education department goals with the Little Village Quality of Life Plan and Enlace’s strategy.
• Lead assigned education programs and initiatives (Safe Passage, Parent Mentor, ECE outreach).
• Build strong relationships with schools, families, and education stakeholders.
• Support grant reporting, compliance, and data collection across the Education Department.
• Use data and evaluation findings to strengthen programming and drive continuous improvement.
