Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in nonprofit/community-based leadership.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, including staff and budgets.
• Experience with data collection, outcomes measurement, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for community and safety programs aligned with mission.
• Supervise program managers and staff through meetings, coaching and reviews.
• Oversee program budgets in collaboration with the Chief Program Officer.
• Oversee data collection across programs and ensure timely reporting.
• Identify and implement a database or case management system for services.
