Job summary

Truelancer AI is seeking an experienced Education Expert to review educational content and datasets used for AI training and evaluation. The expert will assess accuracy, instructional quality, curriculum alignment, and learner suitability.

This remote and flexible contract position requires strong expertise in curriculum design, assessment, and pedagogy, plus the ability to provide detailed, actionable feedback and collaborate with project teams on education-related AI projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in education, curriculum development, or educational consulting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogy, assessment, and learning outcomes.
• Experience evaluating educational content across grade levels or learning environments.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide detailed, objective, actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review educational content, lesson plans, assessments, and materials for accuracy and quality.
• Evaluate instructional content for clarity, effectiveness, learner suitability, and pedagogy.
• Validate alignment with curriculum frameworks and standards.
• Review assessments for relevance and alignment with outcomes.
• Identify errors, misconceptions, gaps, and inconsistencies in educational content.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations to improve AI-generated educational outputs.
• Support development of evaluation guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams on education and curriculum-related queries.
