Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in education, curriculum development, or educational consulting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogy, assessment, and learning outcomes.
• Experience evaluating educational content across grade levels or learning environments.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide detailed, objective, actionable feedback.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review educational content, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials for accuracy and quality.

• Evaluate instructional content for clarity, effectiveness, learner appropriateness, and pedagogical soundness.

• Validate alignment with curriculum frameworks, learning standards, and educational objectives.

• Review assessments for relevance, fairness, cognitive level, and alignment with learning outcomes.

• Identify errors, misconceptions, gaps, and inconsistencies in educational content.

• Provide clear feedback and recommendations to improve AI-generated educational outputs.

• Support the development of evaluation guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards for education-related AI projects.

• Collaborate with project teams on complex education and curriculum-related queries.
