• Own the technical account plan, milestones, adoption priorities, and value realization path.
• Lead discovery with institutional leaders to identify use cases aligned with objectives.
• Translate priorities into Applied AI Architectures spanning models, data, security, and governance.
• Guide institutions through evaluations, demonstrations, and proofs of value toward production.
