Job summary

Autodesk Education Named Accounts is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help higher-education institutions adopt Autodesk solutions and realize measurable value. You will translate adoption opportunities into success plans and drive them through execution, partnering with customers and Autodesk's account, technical, product, learning, marketing, and support teams.

The role demands strong customer success discipline, clear communication, analytical problem-solving, and proactive execution.

Qualifications

  • 4 years experience in customer success, technology adoption, implementation, enablement, or a related customer-facing discipline.
  • Experience helping customers implement, adopt, and realize value from technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret adoption data and customer feedback and recommend action.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of customer success and adoption-realization plans for assigned Named Accounts, translating defined account and course-adoption priorities into clear actions, milestones, and success measures.
  • Plan and execute onboarding, training, enablement, and other activities that help customers adopt Autodesk solutions and integrate them into courses, curricula, and programs.
  • Coordinate Autodesk technical resources, product experts, and Learning Partners to support adoption; proactively identify barriers, drive resolution, and escalate issues requiring broader account or strategic intervention.
