Job summary

Brazosport College is seeking an Accountability & Operations Coordinator for the Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) department. The role leads performance accountability, coordinates testing operations, and ensures data integrity and compliance across grant requirements.

Reporting to the Director, this grant-funded position supports instructional and student support staff to improve department performance and student success. 100% on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experience with TEAMS, Anthology, TABE, and GED assessments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Business English and math; data entry proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance accountability for the AEL department and grant compliance.
• Coordinate accountability systems, testing operations, and student information systems.
• Ensure data integrity and timely reporting across accountability processes.
• Provide guidance and training to program operations staff on accountability requirements.
• Prepare accountability reports, monitoring documentation, and audit materials.
