Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Education Account Manager – Value Partnerships to lead strategic education programs for nationwide Value Partnership and Enterprise Services accounts. You will manage senior-level relationships, translate business objectives into delivery plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes align with patient care goals.

Responsibilities include executive reviews, growth opportunities identification, and driving adoption and portfolio utilization

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, consulting, healthcare operations, or business development
  • Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives and C‑suite stakeholders within complex organizations
  • Experience translating customer strategy into operational execution and measurable business outcomes
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, particularly within diagnostic imaging, therapy, workforce development, or professional education environments
  • Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Required Travel: 25%.

  • Act as a consultative advisor to customer leadership by aligning education and workforce development strategies with business, operational, and patient care objectives.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions, presenting data, outcomes, risks, and recommendations to senior customer leadership.
  • Develop and maintain multi-level stakeholder relationships to drive customer engagement, retention, and long‑term partnership growth.
  • Translate customer objectives into comprehensive education roadmaps and delivery strategies that generate measurable business impact.
  • Lead cross‑functional coordination among internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer commitments, contractual obligations, and delivery milestones.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring program performance, identifying risks, resolving delivery challenges, and ensuring execution against agreed‑upon plans.

The Education Account Manager – Value Partnerships serves as the strategic relationship owner and executive advisor for Value Partnership and Enterprise Services accounts nationwide. This role is responsible for developing and managing senior-level customer relationships, including C-suite and executive stakeholders, while ensuring the successful execution of customer education and workforce development strategies. Acting as both a consultative partner and operational leader, this individual aligns customer business objectives, workforce outcomes, and organizational priorities with the full EWS portfolio. The Education Account Manager will influence executive decision-making, identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Enterprise Services, EWS Operations, Product Development, and other business functions to ensure commitments are delivered with excellence. Success in this role requires executive presence, strong business acumen, consultative engagement skills, and the ability to translate strategic customer objectives into actionable delivery plans that generate measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate strategic initiatives, performance results, and operational updates to both internal leadership and customer executives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes, delivery models, and customer experiences.
  • Forecast account performance, monitor key business metrics, and recommend actions to improve customer outcomes and portfolio utilization.
  • Champion customer needs internally while balancing organizational priorities, resource planning, and business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and adoption of the EWS portfolio across assigned accounts.
Success Measurements
  • Proven ability to establish credibility and influence decision-making with executive and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex, enterprise‑level customer relationships.
  • Strong consultative engagement skills with experience identifying customer challenges and recommending strategic solutions.
  • Ability to connect customer business goals to measurable education, workforce development, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve customer commitments.
  • Demonstrated operational acumen with experience managing complex programs, delivery roadmaps, and customer escalations.
  • Track record of driving customer retention, expansion, adoption, and revenue growth within strategic accounts.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data and insights to guide customer strategy and executive decision‑making.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and execute successfully in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience leading executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and customer governance meetings.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, workforce development, or education solutions preferred.
Education / Knowledge / Experience

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$107,060 - $147,213

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
