Job summary

A leading music education partner is seeking an Education Account Manager in Eugene, Oregon. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with music educators and administrators, driving program adoption, and supporting access to music education. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of orchestral instruments. Compensation is between $45,000 and $55,000 annually plus commission, with additional benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with music educators and administrators.
• Achieve weekly expectations for educator conversations and meetings.
• Work closely with local stores to host events and increase visibility.

Strong practical understanding of band & orchestral instruments

Excellent communication skills

Bilingual capability (especially Spanish)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Performance, Music Business, or equivalent
