Job summary

The Renaissance Network, Inc. is seeking a highly strategic Chief Operating Officer to partner with the CEO and Board to modernize and scale the company’s operational infrastructure, product delivery pipelines, and customer success mechanisms for accelerated growth in the US K-12 EdTech market.

The COO will drive value creation, oversee performance management and PE reporting, and build world-class processes across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver durable margin

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive executive leadership in a PE-backed environment, preferably in K-12 EdTech or instructional publishing.
• Experience translating private equity theses into actionable operations, KPI finally and reporting cadence.

Responsibilities

• Translate the investment thesis into actionable operational strategies and KPI frameworks across all departments.
• Oversee scalable product delivery pipelines for digital and print curricula, coordinating product development, content, supply chain, and deployment.
• Upgrade internal systems (ERP/CRM/LMS) and cross-departmental workflows to support multi-X growth.
