Qualifications

• 4+ years of production experience managing cross-functional teams through full development or release cycles
• Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous work and maintain momentum
• Comfort working with engineering teams and understanding software shipping processes
• Track record of shipping features and releases on schedule with risk management and dependency tracking
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own release management cycles end-to-end across development, QA, and stakeholders
• Coordinate communication between engineering, product, design, and QA
• Manage sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and milestone tracking
• Identify risks early and resolve blockers with leads
• Balance priorities across feature development, quality, and platform needs
• Provide leadership with clear status updates on development complexity and business impact
